Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Radicality Ministries respects intellectual property rights and asks users of the Radicality | God Time app ("God Time," the "App," "we," "us," or "our") to do the same.
This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains the ownership and permitted use of content available through the App, the ownership of content users create, and how to report suspected copyright infringement.
1. Radicality Ministries content
Except where otherwise stated, original content created by Radicality Ministries and made available through the App is owned by Radicality Ministries or used with permission. This may include:
1. Challenges, journeys, devotionals, and daily content
2. Truth Drops, reflection prompts, Ask God questions, activations, declarations, prayers, and teaching materials
3. Written articles, guides, curricula, and downloadable resources
4. Original audio, video, photographs, illustrations, graphics, icons, and other media
5. The arrangement, presentation, selection, and organization of App content
6. Radicality Ministries branding and original promotional materials
This content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Bible translations and other licensed content
Bible passages and other third-party materials displayed in the App may be owned by their respective copyright holders and used by Radicality Ministries under license, permission, or another legally authorized basis.

The New King James Version®, NKJV®, and related marks and text remain the property of Thomas Nelson and their respective rights holders. Use of NKJV Scripture within the App is subject to Radicality Ministries’ applicable license or permission agreement and any quotation, attribution, display, distribution, and usage requirements established by the publisher.
Nothing in this Policy grants users ownership of or additional rights to NKJV Scripture text. Users may not systematically extract, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or incorporate NKJV text obtained through the App into another app, website, publication, database, course, product, or service except as expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by the copyright holder.
Additional Bible translations or third-party materials may be added to the App in the future. Each translation or work will remain subject to its respective copyright and licensing requirements, and the required acknowledgments will be displayed within the App.
3. Personal use of App content
Subject to the App’s Terms of Service, Radicality Ministries grants each authorized user a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use App content for personal spiritual growth and other purposes specifically supported within the App.
Users may:

8. Save content to App features such as Favorites when available.
9. Download or print resources specifically identified as downloadable or printable.
10. Participate in authorized App groups or challenges using the features provided.
11. Share an App-generated image, link, invitation, or other item through an official sharing feature, provided all attribution, copyright notices, and branding remain intact.
Access to the App does not transfer ownership of its content to the user.
4. Uses requiring permission
Unless expressly allowed by an App feature, written permission, or applicable law, users may not:
12. Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute substantial portions of App content.
13. Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit App content.
14. Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative materials from App content.
15. Remove or obscure copyright notices, attribution, branding, watermarks, or rights-management information.
16. Record, reproduce, or distribute App audio or video outside the App.
17. Copy App challenges, devotionals, curricula, prompts, or other content into another app, website, course, publication, database, or digital product.
18. Systematically download, scrape, harvest, index, or extract App content.
19. Use App content or datasets to develop, train, test, or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without prior written permission.
20. Circumvent access restrictions, subscription requirements, security measures, or content-protection technology.
21. Use the Radicality Ministries name, logo, or other identifying marks in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without authorization.
Limited quotation may be permitted when allowed by law, but the source should be clearly identified and use must comply with any applicable Bible-publisher or third-party licensing restrictions. When in doubt, request permission before using the material.
5. Ministry, church, group, and educational use
A personal subscription does not automatically include permission to reproduce App content for a church, class, conference, ministry, commercial program, publication, or group outside the features authorized within the App.
Churches, ministries, group leaders, educators, speakers, and organizations wishing to reproduce or present Radicality Ministries content should request permission by emailing support@radicalityministries.com.
The request should identify:

24. The number of people who will receive or view it
25. Whether a fee will be charged
26. Whether the material will be printed, displayed, recorded, posted online, or distributed electronically
Permission from Radicality Ministries applies only to content owned by Radicality Ministries. Separate permission may be required from Bible publishers or other third-party rights holders.
6. Content created by users
Users retain ownership of original content they create and enter into the App, including:

29. Written prayers
30. God Moments
31. Personal reflections
32. Other original user-written content
Radicality Ministries does not claim ownership of this personal content.
By entering content into the App, the user grants Radicality Ministries only the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process, back up, secure, display to the user, and otherwise operate the App as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Private spiritual content will not be treated as ministry-owned content merely because it is entered into the App.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload or enter any content they did not personally create. Users may not upload or share material that infringes another person’s copyright or intellectual property rights.
7. Feedback and suggestions
Users may submit feedback, ideas, corrections, or feature suggestions. Submission of feedback does not transfer ownership of a user’s separate original works. However, Radicality Ministries may use general feedback and suggestions to improve its ministries, services, content, and App without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly disclose private journal entries, prayers, Ask God responses, God Moments, or other private spiritual content as feedback.
8. Trademarks and ministry identity
The Radicality Ministries name, the Radicality | God Time name, logos, taglines, graphics, and related source-identifying elements may be trademarks or other protected identifiers of Radicality Ministries.
They may not be used in connection with another product, service, ministry, website, social-media account, or promotional campaign without prior written permission when the use could cause confusion, falsely suggest affiliation, or imply endorsement.
Apple, App Store, Google Play, Bible-translation names, publisher names, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the App does not imply ownership by Radicality Ministries.
9. Reporting suspected copyright infringement
If you believe that material available through the App infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, send a written notice to:

33. Your physical or electronic signature.
34. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
35. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material within the App.
36. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
37. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
38. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Radicality Ministries may request additional information when reasonably necessary to evaluate the report. We will review properly submitted notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting access to material.
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading infringement report may result in legal liability.
10. Responses and counter-notices
If material submitted by a user is removed because of a copyright complaint and the user believes the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, the user may contact us at support@radicalityministries.com for information about submitting a counter-notice.
Any formal counter-notice must satisfy applicable legal requirements. Radicality Ministries may provide a valid counter-notice to the original complaining party as permitted or required by law.
If the App later allows users to publicly post or share content, Radicality Ministries may adopt additional Digital Millennium Copyright Act procedures and designate an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office as appropriate.
11. Repeat infringement
Radicality Ministries may restrict or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights. We may also remove or restrict access to infringing material when appropriate.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App, our content, licensing agreements, or applicable law. The updated Policy will be posted within the App with a revised “Last updated” date.
Material changes may also be communicated through an in-app notice, email, or another reasonable method.
