Radicality Ministries - Radicality | God Time App Terms of Service
Effective July 16, 2026
Please read this document carefully. It explains important rights and responsibilities related to use of the app
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Radicality Ministries ("Radicality," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Radicality | God Time web application, mobile experience, content, emails, and related services (collectively, the "App").
By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and have authority to agree to these Terms.
2. Faith-based purpose and scope
The App provides Christian devotional, discipleship, Scripture, reflection, journaling, prayer-prompt, and habit-building resources intended to help users make time with God, engage Scripture, and grow in their faith. Content reflects the beliefs, teachings, and ministry perspective of Radicality Ministries.
Participation is voluntary. The App is designed to encourage relationship and reflection, not spiritual performance. You remain responsible for your own beliefs, choices, conduct, and application of App content.
3. Not professional advice or emergency support
The App and its content are provided for educational, devotional, and informational purposes. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, clinical, therapeutic, or other professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or counseling. The App is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional or for personal support from trusted pastoral leaders.
The App is not monitored as an emergency or crisis service. If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, you may call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
4. Accounts and security
· Provide accurate and current information when creating or updating your account.
· Maintain the confidentiality of your password and do not share account access.
· Use only your own account unless you are expressly authorized to act for another person.
· Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, or a security issue.
· You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.
We may require email confirmation, password resets, or other reasonable security steps. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
5. License to use the App
Subject to these Terms, Radicality grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the App for your own noncommercial devotional and educational purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
· Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, source code, databases, or security features.
· Interfere with the App, introduce malware, conduct vulnerability testing without written permission, or overload the service.
· Copy, scrape, harvest, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit App content except as expressly permitted.
· Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
· Use automated systems, bots, or data-mining tools to access the App without written permission.
· Impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or submit information you do not have the right to provide.
· Use journal, support, feedback, or other features to transmit unlawful content, another person’s confidential information, or content that infringes rights.
7. Your journal entries and other content
You retain ownership of journal entries, reflections, feedback, survey responses, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant Radicality a limited, nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the App, comply with law, and carry out your requests.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. Do not include highly sensitive information you do not want stored in an online service, and do not include another person’s private information without permission.
Private journal content will not be publicly displayed by the App unless you intentionally use a future sharing feature and choose to share it. Feedback or testimonials will not be publicly attributed to you without the permission choice presented to you.
8. Radicality content and intellectual property
The App, its design, branding, compilations, devotionals, prompts, challenge structure, graphics, audio, video, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Radicality Ministries and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "Radicality," "Radicality | God Time," logos, and related marks may not be used without prior written permission.
Scripture quotations may be owned by their respective copyright holders and used under applicable permissions or quotation guidelines. Attribution notices, where provided, must be preserved.
9. Feedback
You may submit ideas, bug reports, or feature suggestions. You grant us permission to use, adapt, and implement feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission. This does not transfer ownership of your private journal entries.
10. Notifications and communications
You consent to receive service-related communications, such as account confirmation, password reset, security notices, policy updates, and support responses. You may choose reminder or encouragement emails through your settings. Text reminders may be added later and will require any consent and disclosures required by law. Message and data rates may apply.
11. Third-party services and links
The App may rely on or link to third-party hosting, authentication, email, messaging, analytics, social-media, video, Scripture, or other services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, terms, privacy, or security. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms.
12. Beta, test, and future features
Some features may be offered as alpha, beta, preview, test, or "coming soon" features. They may be incomplete, changed, interrupted, or discontinued and may contain errors. Your feedback helps us improve the App. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, test features are provided without a commitment to continued availability.
13. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App, including content, challenges, reminder features, or future journeys. We may perform maintenance or experience outages. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
14. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion through available App tools or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App, create security or legal risk, or if continued operation is no longer reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual-property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute, and miscellaneous provisions—will survive.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." RADICALITY MINISTRIES DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RESULTS.
We do not guarantee a particular spiritual experience, answer, outcome, transformation, breakthrough, habit, relationship result, or interpretation of a prompt. Your experience may differ from that of other users.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADICALITY MINISTRIES AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radicality Ministries and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or User Content that infringes another person’s rights. This provision does not require indemnification for our own unlawful conduct.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Before filing a legal claim, you and Radicality agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and at least 30 days for discussion.
Unless applicable law requires another forum, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or the App must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Champaign County, Illinois, and each party consents to that forum. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief to protect security, confidential information, or intellectual-property rights.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post updated Terms with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. If you continue using the App after updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
20. General terms
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the App unless another written agreement expressly applies.
Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain effective.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of App operations.
No agency. These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship.
Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these Terms.
