Account Deletion & Data Retention Policy

Radicality Ministries respects your choice to leave the Radicality God Time App and request deletion of your account and associated personal information. This policy explains how to request deletion, what information is removed, and when limited information may be retained.
Requesting deletion
Use the account-deletion option in the Radicality God Time App. You may also request assistance with account deletion by emailing support@radicalityministries.com with the subject “God Time Account Deletion.”
Please contact us from the email address associated with your account when possible. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us so we can discuss another verification method. Never send your password.
Verification and response time
We take reasonable steps to verify account ownership before deleting information.
We aim to acknowledge emailed requests within five business days and complete routine, verified deletion requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. We follow any shorter deadline required by applicable law.
If additional verification or a legally permitted extension is necessary, we will explain what is needed, the reason, and the expected timing. We will confirm when deletion is completed.
Information deleted
Account deletion removes your account and associated personal information from our active systems, including your profile, uploaded profile photo, private journal entries, prayers, personal responses, favorites, saved items, progress, and Community content, except for the limited circumstances described below.
We also arrange deletion of associated information held by service providers where applicable.
Limited retention
We retain personal information only when necessary for a specific legal obligation, financial recordkeeping requirement, security or abuse investigation, dispute, or legal claim.
Any retained information is limited to what is needed, restricted to authorized access, and deleted when the applicable retention period or purpose ends. These exceptions do not justify routinely keeping your private journals or prayers.
We ordinarily retain a minimal record of the deletion request and its completion for 12 months, unless a different period is legally required. This record does not include copies of your devotional writing.
Backups
Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups expire, but for no longer than 90 days after deletion from our active systems.
Backup copies are not used for normal app operations. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion instructions are reapplied before the restored information returns to normal use.
Subscriptions and external copies
Deleting your Radicality God Time App account does not by itself cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Please also cancel through the store where you subscribed.
We cannot delete screenshots, exports, or copies that you or other people have independently saved outside God Time.
Before requesting deletion, save any personal writing you wish to keep. Account deletion is permanent. Once deletion is completed, your account and deleted content cannot be restored for your use.
